Fundraising News! Well done to Mark Edwards who bravely completed an uncaged shark dive on the 7th August to raise funds for CDSSG and Families United, so far Mark has raised £265 for CDSSG - Thank you Mark!

Since forming in 2007 CDSSG has provided contact to new parents, promoted awareness within our Community, and looked to unlock the potential of our children.
We do this through our group events, but we are now also being recognised for our skills (experience and best practise knowledge in training, education & resources). This is illustrated through the external group events we have presented at, our most recent been:
'Profile of Down's Syndrome' and 'Numicon an Introduction' at the Cheshire Teachers & TA's Forum (Feb 2010)
'Statutory Assessment and Statement Process from a parents Prospective' with parent Partnership (Mar 2010)
'Early Years Literacy' at the Cheshire Teachers & TA's Forum (June 2010)
