CDSSG motto: to unlock the potential of children with Down’s syndrome.

To achieve this, we draw on the latest research on the learning profiles of children with Down Syndrome and cascade this knowledge to all education settings.

It is important to recognise that children with Down Syndrome have a specific learning profile – it is not simply a global delay. The training offered by the group focuses on teaching to the child’s strengths thus enabling a better outcome for all involved. We have produced a Primary Pack to help support this training and to be used as a reference guide for all Primary Schools.

Please click here to view a PDF copy of our Primary Pack.

If you would like a hard copy then please contact, or telephone 01606 246171.

CDSSG host a varied programme of day seminars, evening courses and training events throuought the year. These are hosted both at our Northwich HQ and at venues around the region. Please click on the green link menus to the left for more details and to register.
