World Down Syndrome Day 2018

“This year’s campaign has been bigger and better than ever! We’ve been blown away with the amount of support and goodwill shown to us by schools, businesses and individuals in Cheshire. Making, distributing and selling 30,000 sock biscuits has not been an easy task but we’ve had plenty of support along the way. A big thank you goes to Roberts Bakery, Blakemore Food Service and Brakes as well as schools and businesses that have sold them.

“We’re proud of the work we do to support children with Down’s syndrome and their families and we know how much this community support means to them. It’ll be a little while yet until we know the full amount raised by this fundraising effort but all the funds raised will go directly into supporting people with Down’s syndrome in Cheshire. We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who got involved in the campaign.”

More than 60 dogs and their owners joined us to make our World Down Syndrome Day charity dog walk a huge success! We’re grateful to everyone who got involved and rocked their socks for World Down Syndrome Day.
